  50.   This was a fairly major revamp of the format.  It's not HTMLized
  51.   yet, but the first step was taken: it's now broken up into more
  52.   sections which should make it easier to find the answer to your
  53.   question.

  56.   that new and old readers alike will have a Table of Contents readily
  57.   at hand.
